El Taj Ocean is located on the beach in the Premier Zone of Playa del Carmen, in the heart of the area referred to as Riviera Maya (Mayan Riviera). El Taj Ocean has 1, 2, and 3 bedroom condo’s, many with private jacuzzi’s, as well as 2 and 3 bedroom Penthouse units. Penthouses include a private rooftop with jacuzzi’s, gas grills, lounge furniture and palapa’s.
Our unit is the largest 1 bedroom on the property,is closest to the beach, and the only one to have a large private balcony off the master bedroom. It has a large living room, kitchen and master bedroom. There are views of the water and beach from every room. Also a terrace off the kitchen and living room.

Indigo Beach Club is the best beach club in Playa. Teak chairs with thick cushions that recline at either end, drinks that are not watered down, upscale service, and the best Italian food. Indigo Beach Club is owned and operated by chefs from Florence, Italy. Try the tiramasu.
