Vacation Rentals Description
This large two bedroom condo sleeps six persons and is easily accessible on the ground floor. The condo is decorated in a timeless style with high quality furniture. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed and access to a private bathroom. The living room area has a double pullout sleeper sofa, which easily accommodates two adults, and is complete with a 37” flat screen satellite TV and DVD player. The dining area has a table and seating accommodating six persons. The condo has two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances such as refrigerator, stove with oven, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster and drinkable water.
This ground floor condo is located within Playa Kaan - a gated development with 24/7 on-site security as well as a swimming pool, tropical garden area, waterfall and sun deck. Playa Kaan is located right in the heart of Playa del Carmen, only 3 ½ blocks from the beach and 1 ½ blocks from the famous 5th Avenue with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife. It’s the perfect location for visitors who prefer to have everything Playa del Carmen has to offer with a short walking distance.

| Check-in time: 3:00 PM. Check-out time: 11:00 AM. (Unless other arrangements are made. Additional fees might apply) Deposits: We ask for a 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other 50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price. Security deposit: You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN) or signed traveler checks. Cancellations and refunds: If cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a 100% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, you get a 50% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of arrival. Other: Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rental properties. Please take the time to read the complete rental agreement and contact us if you have additional questions. Additional services: We are happy to assist you with other arrangements for a worry-free vacation, such as airport transfers, house keeping, tour information and booking, car rental, plus many more services.
