Available for rent throughout the year this charming cottage in the small coastal village of Combe Martin makes that ideal break even more relaxing. One Stattens Cottages is a cosy, centrally heated comfortable cottage, which sleeps 7/8 + cot and is situated in Castle Street, Combe Martin, approximately one mile from the Harbour and beaches. The original part of the cottage is over 200 years old and has been extended over the years. Front sitting room: Fully furnished including sofa bed and leather sofa, footstool, occasional table, small sideboard and blanket box in stripped pine, coal effect gas fire and 20" flatscreen TV. Back sitting room: 2 two-seater sofas, nest of tables, gas fire and 26" flatscreen TV with Sky freeview, video and DVD. Cupboard under the stairs contains folding chairs, highchair, iron and board, broom, mop, vacuum cleaner etc. Kitchen: Fully fitted with dining table seating 6/8, electric hob & oven, dishwasher, larder fridge, microwave and payphone. There is another fridge/freezer, washing machine and a tumble dryer in the garden outbuilding.
Bathroom: Fully tiled, vanity unit with mirror, bath with electric shower, WC. Front bedroom: Two 3' beds, wardrobe, dressing table, and bedside tables. Double bedroom (en suite): Double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers with mirror, two bedside cabinets: en-suite shower, WC and wash basin. Single bedroom: Two 2'6" pine stacking beds and chest of drawers, leading to:- End bedroom: 3' adult style bunk beds, bed side cabinet, combined wardrobe, wash basin with mirror. There is a small garden with raised patio, rotary washing line and built in BBQ. To the right of the front door there is a passage way which leads to the back door and garden. There is parking for up to 3 cars at rear of garden. An outbuilding at the rear of the cottage contains garden furniture, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a tumble dryer.
