Welcome to our vacation home. We have updated our home with fresh paint, new fixtures, all new furniture, pillow top mattresses in all 3 bedrooms & new flooring. The open concept living area consists of a living room with ample, comfortable seating,tv,dvd & patio access. The dining area has upholstered seating for 6 and 3 stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has all the conveniences of home for you to cook all of your meals should you choose to do so. There is also a grill out back just off the patio. The master suite with private bath & patio access is equipped with a king bed,spacious triple dresser,walk in closet & tv. Bedrooms 2 & 3 each offer both a full & a twin bed, bedroom 2 also has a tv/dvd. The screened patio has cushioned seating & ceiling fans, it's the perfect spot for your morning coffee or a drink in the evening.This 1st floor villa is newly updated with fully appointed kitchen, plenty of comfy seating, pillow top mattresses, wireless Internet, 3 TVs, 2 DVD's,screened patio and plenty convenient parking.

THE BEACH
The beach is spacious, pristine, and renowned for its surf. Fishing is available both in the surf and from our two marsh bridges. On the island are two launch boat ramps. Pawleys is a family beach where you can enjoy crabbing off a crab dock, shelling, biking and canoeing or kayaking. The ambiance is laid back. Our town speed limit is 25 mph, making it as safe as possible for the many users of the road. During high tide explore the salt marsh with your own kayak or rent one. The beach is peaceful,tranquil and with pristine white sand and is never over crowded,it is a nesting habitat for Loggerhead Sea Turtle. This natural coastal setting is the perfect spot to relax with a book ,sunbathe,have a picnic lunch or take a walk along the surf. Pawley's Island is a beach lovers delight. You can enjoy boating ,fishing,shelling,surfing,crabbing, jetskiing,shrimping and countless other water sports. The carefree, laid back, atmosphere is all part of the charm of Pawley's Island. The perfect location all year long, Pawley's Island is a great WINTER escape for snowbirds,SPRING and FALL can only be described as magnificent, and SUMMER offers a great time for all, for golfers all year long is the perfect season.
